It seems like there’s always something coming up that needs my attention – whether it’s a work-related task that needs finishing or one of my kids needing help with their homework.
And sometimes it feels like I’m constantly jumping back and forth between the two worlds, never really able to fully focus on either one.

Whether they’re taking a nap or watching their favorite TV show, use that time to take care of something on your own To-Do list.
Even if it’s just getting in a quick workout or reading a couple of chapters of your book club selection, those few minutes will make a world of difference in how refreshed and recharged you feel.
