4lb bag of wings – defrosted (wingettes and drumettes)
1cgrated parmesan
4tbspminced garlic
1/2stickmelted butter
oil for frying
Instructions
Pour oil into the fryer and heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
Make sure the wings are fully defrosted. Carefully place the wings into the fryer basket and lower into the cooker. Cook until golden or desired crispiness.
Remove the wings from the pot and drain the excess oil. Then, place the wings in a large bowl.
Heat the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and then pour the butter on top of the wings. Give it a little shake to get them all coated.
Add the parmesan and garlic to the wings and toss again to make sure they get coated.
