In a medium saucepan, add ground beef, garlic, and onion. Bring to medium heat and cook until ground beef is browned.
Add in the cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Add in tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir well and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Top Frito’s with cheese and then the chili.
