What You Need for Parmesan Garlic Wings
Wings – We use both wingettes and drummettes for this recipe. If you purchase them frozen, defrost them before making this recipe.
Grated Parmesan, Minced Garlic, Butter – These three ingredients will create our delicious parmesan garlic sauce that we will toss the wings in.
Oil – We fry the wings in oil to give them that crispy texture.
Can I Bake The Wings Instead of Fry Them?
Yes! If you want to bake the parmesan garlic wings instead of frying them, you can. Just bake the wings first and then toss them with the parmesan garlic butter sauce when they are done baking. Keep in mind baking them will take a lot longer to make!
How Many Wings Does This Recipe Make?
For this parmesan garlic wings recipe, we used a 4lb bag, which makes about 30 wings/drumettes. You can double, triple, or even cut the recipe down if needed.

Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe
- 4 lb bag of wings – defrosted (wingettes and drumettes)
- 1 cup parmesan; grated
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 stick of butter; melted
- Oil for frying

Ingredients
- 4 lb bag of wings – defrosted (wingettes and drumettes)
- 1 c grated parmesan
- 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Pour oil into the fryer and heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
- Make sure the wings are fully defrosted. Carefully place the wings into the fryer basket and lower into the cooker. Cook until golden or desired crispiness.
- Remove the wings from the pot and drain the excess oil. Then, place the wings in a large bowl.
- Heat the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and then pour the butter on top of the wings. Give it a little shake to get them all coated.
- Add the parmesan and garlic to the wings and toss again to make sure they get coated.
